Employers using the Platform agree that:
- Job postings are genuine and lawful
- All employment, wage, and labor laws are followed
- Hiring decisions are made independently
WorkSettle assumes no liability for:
- Hiring outcomes
- Employment disputes
- Workplace issues
- Terminations or wage claims
- Immigration & Settlement Disclaimer
WorkSettle:
- Does not provide immigration decisions
- Does not guarantee visa, permit, or application approvals
- Provides tools and information for guidance only
Immigration outcomes are determined solely by government authorities and applicable laws.
