Business Posting Terms
These Employer & Business Posting Terms (“Employer Terms”) govern the access and use of the WorkSettle platform by employers, businesses, recruiters, and organizations (“Employer”, “Business”, “you”).
By posting jobs or using employer services on www.worksettle.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with WorkSettle’s:

WorkSettle Inc. (“WorkSettle”) is a technology platform only.
WorkSettle:
- Enables employers to post job opportunities
- Facilitates access to candidate profiles
- Provides AI-powered tools and insights
- Integrates immigration and settlement resources
WorkSettle does NOT:
- Act as an employer or co-employer
- Control or participate in hiring decisions
- Guarantee candidate suitability or availability
- Sponsor, issue, or approve work permits
All hiring decisions and employment relationships are solely between the Employer and the worker.
By using the Platform, Employers confirm that they:
- Are legally registered and authorized to operate
- Have authority to post job opportunities
- Will comply with all applicable employment, labor, and immigration laws
- Will provide truthful, accurate, and lawful job postings
Employers are fully responsible for:
- Job descriptions, wages, duties, and conditions
- Interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding
- Workplace compliance and worker treatment
Employers agree that job postings must:
- Represent real and genuine job opportunities
- Comply with federal, provincial, and local laws
- Avoid misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful language
- Accurately reflect wages, hours, and requirements
WorkSettle reserves the right to:
- Review, limit, suspend, or remove postings
- Apply application caps or posting restrictions
- Terminate employer access without notice for violations
Employers acknowledge that:
- WorkSettle does not provide immigration advice
- WorkSettle does not guarantee work permits, LMIA approvals, or visas
- Immigration outcomes are determined by government authorities
Where applicable:
- Immigration services may be provided by independent licensed partner firms
- Employers are responsible for compliance with immigration programs and regulations
- Any agreements with partner firms are separate and independent of WorkSettle
WorkSettle assumes no responsibility or liability for:
- Hiring decisions
- Employment disputes
- Wage or contract disagreements
- Terminations or workplace claims
- LMIA or immigration refusals
Employers agree to indemnify WorkSettle against any claims arising from employment relationships.
Employers may access candidate data only for:
- Recruitment and hiring purposes related to posted jobs
Employers agree:
- Not to misuse, resell, or share candidate data
- To comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
- To securely handle candidate information
Unauthorized use of data may result in immediate termination and legal action.
WorkSettle may provide AI-powered tools to assist Employers with:
- Candidate matching
- Resume insights
- Hiring-related analytics
AI outputs:
- Are informational only
- Do not replace human judgment
- May contain limitations or inaccuracies
Final hiring decisions remain the Employer’s sole responsibility.
- Certain employer features may require paid plans or fees
- Pricing and access terms are disclosed before purchase
- Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated
- WorkSettle may modify pricing or features with notice
WorkSettle may suspend or terminate employer accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- False or misleading postings are identified
- Legal or compliance risks arise
- Platform integrity is threatened
Termination does not relieve Employers of prior obligations.
Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkSettle from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Job postings
- Hiring decisions
- Employment relationships
- Immigration or labor law violations
- Misuse of platform data
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkSettle shall not be liable for:
- Employment outcomes
- Immigration decisions
- Business losses
- Hiring delays or failures
- AI-generated insights
Use of the Platform is at the Employer’s own risk.
These Employer Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
